The Appeals Process

Any potential or authorised user has the right to appeal a decision made by Inclusion Crowd Ltd relating to the Licence to Recruit Certification Mark. 

• You must lodge your appeal using the form below, providing all mandatory information.

• You will receive an acknowledgement of your appeal within 7 working days along with an appeal form (you will have the opportunity to provide full details of your appeal, and include any supporting or supplementary evidence you feel supports your appeal).
   
• A panel of independent equity, diversity and inclusion specialists will be appointed from within the Think Tank Directorate (appeal boards are comprised of a minimum of 3 people who are entirely independent of Inclusion Crowd Ltd).

• The appeal board will review the appeal, including all evidence and submissions. If additional information or supporting evidence is required, the appeal board will request this from you directly.

• Inclusion Crowd Ltd shall be required to submit evidence to support its decision. Any decision made by Inclusion Crowd Ltd shall remain in force until the outcome of your appeal.

• The appeal board will make a decision regarding your appeal within 45 days of first receiving the appeal.

• The decision of the appeal board shall be final and binding on both the user (or proposed user) of the mark and with Inclusion Crowd Ltd. Once the decision regarding an appeal has been made, no counterclaim by either party in dispute can be made to amend or change this decision.

• In instances where the appeal has been successful, no claim can be made against Inclusion Crowd Ltd for reimbursement of costs or any other losses incurred.
